You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you experience a technical issue originating from our infrastructure.
- The issue must be technical and verifiable
- A clear explanation of the problem must be provided
- Our support team must be allowed to diagnose the issue
- If unresolved from our end, an eligible refund will be processed
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:
- Lack of technical knowledge or misuse of RDP/VPS services
- Client-side issues (device, OS, internet, VPN, third-party software)
- Failures related to bots, cracked tools, or pirated software
- Vague or subjective complaints without technical proof
- Real Residential RDP, Dedicated IPs, or Custom RDP builds
- Botting plans, private setups, or dedicated servers once provisioned
Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy
RDPServerVPS strictly prohibits illegal or unethical activities, including:
- Hacking or brute-force attacks
- Spamming or mass mailing
- Hosting cracked or illegal software
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Violating local or international laws
Any violation will result in immediate suspension without refund. We cooperate fully with payment processors and relevant authorities when required.
Admin RDP & Server Policy
- Our technical administrators are available 24/7 for assistance
- Botting, automation, encoding, or heavy workloads are not allowed unless specified
- Routine maintenance or server restarts may occur
- No refund applies once Admin RDP or Dedicated Servers are delivered
Payment Gateway & Processing Fees
Refunds processed via PayPal or credit cards are subject to a 2.5% + $2.14 USD payment gateway processing fee.
Chargebacks or disputes raised without contacting support first will result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Permanent restriction from future card or PayPal payments
